These terms cover your use of boethoscx.com. By using the website, you agree to them. They're short, and written to be read.

About us

This website is run by Boethos CX, a customer-support business run by its founders from India. You can reach us at hello@boethoscx.com.

Using the website

You're welcome to browse the site, contact us and book a call. Please don't:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or send us someone else's details without their permission;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or send automated or bulk submissions;
• copy the site's content or design for your own commercial use.

Enquiries, calls and quotes

Sending the contact form or booking a call doesn't create a contract or commit you to anything. Our prices aren't published: after a call we'll send you a written quote. If you decide to work with us, our services will be covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, will apply to the work.

Calls are booked through Cal.com. Their own terms apply to the booking tool. We'll do our best to keep every booked call, and if we ever need to move one, we'll let you know as early as we can.

The information on this site

We describe our services as accurately as we can, but the content is general information, not advice for your particular business, and it may change. Examples on the site, such as the sample support inbox, are illustrations, not real customer data.

Our name, logo and content

The Boethos CX name, logo, text and design on this site belong to us. Please don't use them without asking first. You're welcome to link to any page.

Other websites and services

The site uses or links to services run by others, including Cal.com for bookings and YouTube for our video. We're not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect loss, or for loss of business, profit or data, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you're a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of your own country gives you.
